About Us
Greenfield Consult is a Zambian-owned, independent consulting firm with over 16 years of specialized experience in environmental and social sustainability, resettlement planning, and livelihood restoration across diverse development sectors.
Since our founding, we have supported clients in navigating complex social risks, land access issues, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of internationally aligned environmental and social safeguards—including the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) and IFC Performance Standards.
Our work spans rural and urban Zambia, and we have played pivotal roles in projects funded by institutions such as the World Bank, African Development Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), Shell International, and COMACO, among many others.
Our Team
LEWIS E. TUMBAMA
Lewis E. Tumbama is a Social Development and Sustainability Specialist with over 19 years of experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs), Livelihood Restoration, and social risk management across infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and water sectors.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (UNZA), an Advanced Certificate in Environment and Sustainable Development (Stellenbosch University), and a Master of Philosophy in Sustainability Studies (University of Cape Town).
Lewis has provided technical support to the World Bank and other international agencies on complex infrastructure and livelihood projects. He is certified in applying the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework and IFC Performance Standards.
Current Role:
Managing Consultant, Greenfield Consult – leading social impact assessment, resettlement planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts across Zambia and the region.
SYDNEY IMASIKU
Sydney Imasiku is a Legal Specialist and Advisor with over 19 years of experience in legal practice, focusing on real estate, environmental law, and statutory compliance for development projects involving land access and acquisition.
He holds an LLB from the University of Zambia and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education. He is also a member of the Zambia Institute of Estate Agents and has served on its Education and Continuing Professional Development Committee.
Sydney has provided legal advisory services for compensation agreements, land tenure regularization, and compliance frameworks in resettlement and infrastructure projects. He previously served as Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Topstar Communications.

Legal Specialist, Greenfield Consult – providing legal oversight and guidance on resettlement, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
MOYO MUSEKIWA
Musekiwa Moyo is a Geoscience and Data Specialist with over a decade of experience in geospatial data analysis, remote sensing, GIS, and IT systems integration for environmental management and infrastructure planning.
He holds a BSc in Computer Science (UK) and multiple diplomas in project management, IT services, and web design, along with over 40 industry certifications. His innovative data solutions have supported projects in sectors including mining, urban planning, and environmental assessment.
Musekiwa has worked with organizations such as Anglo American, Atlas Mara Bank, and Business Connexion. His work has earned him recognition including the Techpreneur of the Year and Outstanding IT Professional Achievement awards.
Current Role:
Geoscience & Data Specialist, Greenfield Consult – leading GIS-based mapping, spatial analysis, and digital data systems for socio-environmental projects.
